• Payment information — proof-of-payment screenshots and reference numbers you upload to confirm your reservation. We do not store full card numbers.
• Valid ID — a government ID you may send to secure a booking, used only for verification.
• Messages — the content of conversations you start with us through our website, Facebook Page, or Instagram, so we can answer your inquiry.
• Usage data — basic, anonymized analytics (pages visited, device type) to keep the site working well.

• To process and confirm your booking and send your Booking Conforme.
• To verify your payment and secure your chosen dates.
• To respond to your inquiries — including automated replies that check live availability and share your booking link — and to hand off to a human when needed.
• To send booking-related updates (confirmations, reminders, changes).

When you message us on Facebook or Instagram, we use Meta’s Messenger and Instagram platforms to receive and reply to your messages.
