The remaining balance is due at least 3 days before check in for regular dates, or 7 days before for holiday dates (December 20 – January 5).
Yes — a ₱5,000 refundable security deposit is collected upon arrival and returned in full provided no damage is incurred. Please practice CLAYGO (Clean As You Go).
Down payments are non-refundable. Rebooking is allowed if requested at least 14 days before check in (₱3,000 rebooking fee). Late rebooking incurs a 50% admin fee based on the regular rate.

Yes! Pets are welcome at ₱1,500/night (up to 2 pets). They must wear a diaper inside the villa, are limited to the ground-floor Senior Room at Stellaluna, and you must present vaccination cards at check in.
Yes! Altaluna has a 3rd-floor roof deck events place (up to 100 pax) that can be booked separately. You can choose your own date and hours through this website.
